Lead impactful client relationships as the Director of Client Coverage at CEM. This role prioritizes strategic engagement with institutional pension clients across Canada in a hybrid work model.

CEM is seeking a Director to oversee a portfolio of 30 to 50 institutional pension fund clients. You will build long-standing partnerships, deliver benchmarking presentations, and maintain high satisfaction rates while identifying growth prospects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

Requirements: • Experience in managing strategic client relationships • Ability to engage executives and communicate complex insights • Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills • Knowledge in pensions or financial services is a plus • Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields
