Key Responsibilities:



• Cases managed in line with Ontario Ministry standards • Referral coordination to appropriate community services • Facilitate clients’ self-determination and recovery • Provide support for trauma-informed care • Promote systemic advocacy efforts to enhance services

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in mental health with relevant experience • OCSWSSW registration required • Second language skills preferred • In-depth understanding of mental health regulations • Valid driver’s license needed for client transport
