is seeking a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience supporting a variety of business functions, rather than someone focused solely on one recruitment area. Recruitment responsibilities may include hiring across:

Entry-level and early career positions Branch and retail operations Call centre roles (limited volume) Finance Information Technology Legal Administrative functions Operations The team manages approximately 200 active requisitions collectively. Individual recruiters typically oversee 15–18 open positions at any given time. Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring:



5–6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience Proven experience recruiting for professional and senior-level roles Background working in both smaller organizations and larger corporate environments is an asset Experience with Workday or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred Post-secondary education required, ideally with a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Annual bonus opportunity: 10% Ideal Personality & Work Style
