Positive Shepherd is seeking dedicated Relief Personal Support Workers to help individuals with daily living tasks. This role requires a Personal Support Worker Certificate and focuses on delivering culturally competent, respectful care. Successful candidates will manage daily activities, provide medication reminders, and ensure client safety while fostering dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist clients with personal care and basic housekeeping tasks • Support clients during appointments and assist with mobility aids • Monitor and document client safety and hazards • Provide companionship and respond to clients' needs • Maintain electronic records in compliance with health standards

Requirements: • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate in Ontario • At least 1 year of related experience preferred • Solid communication and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Commitment to anti-racist practices and Good Shepherd values
