In this role, you will supervise mess activities, bar service, and team training to create a welcoming setting for military personnel and their families. Your responsibilities will include overseeing scheduling for payroll accuracy and enforcing strict health and safety regulations. Engage directly with clientele, ensuring their needs are met during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and supervise all aspects of mess operations
• Train and manage staff; ensure payroll is accurate
• Enforce safety and hygiene standards consistently
• Interact with customers and take their orders
• Help with event setup and breakdown
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Extensive experience in food and beverage service
• Legal age to serve alcohol (Ontario)
• Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Driver’s Licence in Ontario is a plus
