Spectrum is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join a specialized team in palliative care. In this key role, you’ll work closely with a cooperative team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting patients throughout their journey. Your nursing expertise will facilitate symptom management and patient education.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the team • Educate patients, families,
and caregivers on care strategies • Advocate for patients while managing their symptoms • Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences as needed • Travel to various patient locations within the region
Requirements: • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • At least two years of nursing experience, with palliative care preferred • Experience with palliative care patients is essential • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel • Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
