Alectra is seeking a qualified Design Technologist to join its Design team. This hybrid role reports to a Distribution Design Supervisor and focuses on producing design estimates and drawings. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring explicit communication regarding project scope, schedules, and costs while meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed designs for overhead and underground power systems • Manage scope, budget,



and material requirements for projects • Liaise with stakeholders for design and construction details • Provide technical support to municipalities and contractors • Monitor construction sites and ensure compliance

Requirements: • 3-year Engineering Technology diploma, preferably Electrical or Civil • At least five years of relevant experience • Advanced CAD and GIS software skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Valid Class G driver’s license
