Lead and coordinate strategic programs supporting deployment of Ionada carbon capture systems.
Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, business development, and engineering teams.
Support sales pursuits, customer engagement, technical presentations, and proposal development.
Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering specifications and priorities.
Coordinate supplier identification, qualification, development, and ongoing performance management.
Manage technical and commercial discussions with suppliers and customers.
Support product customization, implementation planning, and issue resolution.
Coordinate schedules, deliverables, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Assist with establishment and management of operations, partnerships, and business infrastructure in China.
Travel regularly within Canada and internationally, including approximately six trips to China per year.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology,



or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in program management, engineering coordination, technical sales, project management, or a similar role.
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
Solid organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Experience with Carbon Capture, industrial process engineering and chemical processes are all considered assets
Mandarin speaking is a must
Experience in China are considered solid assets.
