Program Overview

Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, offers current graduates a one‑year development program with exposure to key areas within agribusiness and agronomy. The Agribusiness Assistant (ABA) will experience a variety of positions across the Carmichael, SK Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre.

Responsibilities
Gain experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading, grain blending, grain marketing, and sales.
Manage operations, including budgeting, business planning and scheduling.

Qualifications
Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program with an interest in the agricultural industry.
Desire to pursue a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing.




Robust initiative, excellent customer service, leadership, teamwork, organization and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
