As the Adventure Lead, you will guide instructors and volunteers while planning and delivering transformative experiences like climbing and cycling. Vision of Adventure is a small charity committed to helping visually impaired adults attain independence and connection through outdoor adventures. Your strategic and hands-on approach will play a vital role in the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support instructors and volunteer guides • Plan residential courses and adventurous activities • Maintain high standards of safety and risk management • Oversee equipment and operational systems • Deliver activities on residential programmes
Requirements: • Significant experience in outdoor activity leadership • Relevant technical qualifications and instructional experience • Experience in managing staff or volunteer teams • Robust organizational and planning skills • Full driving license with minibus entitlement
