You'll assist in selecting equipment and ensure timely responses to customer orders and inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotes for centrifugal and positive displacement pumps • Review and respond promptly to customer leads daily • Provide pump sizing guidance and engineering support • Manage order submissions and clarify internal requests • Coordinate with sub suppliers to meet customer specifications
Requirements: • Minimum five years in customer service or purchasing • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Solid skills in negotiation and task management • Familiarity with industry products is advantageous • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
