This role requires following established care plans and using the Catalyst system for timely medication assistance. Perform essential household tasks, such as cleaning and outdoor maintenance, while providing personal care and emotional support to clients. Keeping documentation updated and monitoring client wellbeing are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care based on client care plans
• Prepare meals in line with nutritional needs
• Assist with medications using the Catalyst system
• Conduct household maintenance and gardening as needed
• Track client wellbeing and update necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Recognized HCA certificate from an Alberta health Services institution
• Current First Aid and CPR Level C certifications
• Explicit criminal record check is mandatory
