Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery to grade and move materials
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections on equipment
• Support road maintenance and facility upkeep




• Ensure customer service excellence at operational sites
• Provide feedback for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements:
• Previous experience in heavy equipment operation
• Level 1 First Aid certification required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in wide-ranging conditions
• Reliable transportation is necessary for job access
• Mechanically inclined with good interpersonal abilities
