Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Site Superintendent based in Chilliwack, BC. The Site Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets, and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site personnel. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving on‑site challenges, ensuring safety compliance,



and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in Project Management and Training to oversee construction activities, manage deadlines, and mentor site personnel
Ability to conduct Research and apply findings to resolve technical challenges and improve on‑site processes
Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, building codes, and construction best practices
Proven leadership experience in construction or a similar field
Relevant certifications in construction management or a related discipline are an asset
Flexibility to adapt to changing site requirements and solve problems efficiently
