The ideal candidate will analyze and manage benefits programs while ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll also play a key role in communicating complex information clearly and supporting new hires with benefits-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrollments
• Ensure compliance of benefits with laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively about benefits programs to employees




• Verify and validate compensation-related data integrity
• Conduct compensation analyses and track incentive files
Requirements:
• Solid proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Collaborative mindset with robust attention to detail
• Ability to produce intermediate data analyses
