This role focuses on supporting Indigenous relations and environmental planning efforts. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and will conduct cultural assessments, prepare documentation, and interface with Indigenous communities. You will play a critical part in project success and safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support environmental planning and permitting processes
• Conduct assessments for potential cultural impacts
• Prepare necessary regulatory documentation
• Coordinate cultural environmental field studies
• Engage with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Studies or related fields
• 2 to 5 years in Indigenous Relations or Environmental sectors
• Familiarity with Canadian environmental permit regulations
• High technical writing and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
