As an integral part of our corporate development team, you will report directly to the VP of Corporate Development. Your role will involve conducting industry research, financial modeling, and creating strategic presentations that drive decision-making. You will collaborate with our executive leadership and support the execution of acquisition strategies in a rapid-moving tech workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Originate and screen acquisition targets meeting strategic criteria • Maintain a robust pipeline of aligned acquisition targets • Evaluate potential acquisitions for tech fit and financial performance • Support due diligence processes and integration planning • Prepare financial models for acquisitions and scenario analyses

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business • 4+ years in corporate development or investment banking • Experience executing end-to-end M&A; transactions • Solid analytical and financial modeling skills • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
