The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of mechanical repair experience to Mainspring’s Field Service team. This hands-on position involves repairing and inspecting our Linear Generators while collaborating closely with engineers. The role requires travel to specific service regions and offers ample prospects for skilled growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform maintenance on generator assemblies according to standards • Work with engineers to troubleshoot and improve components • Carry out mechanical inspections and condition assessments • Be part of a rotational on-call shift system to support customers

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of mechanical repair experience • Knowledge of precision measuring tools required • Ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain safety standards • Solid communication skills and team-oriented mindset • Valid Driver’s License is mandatory; Class A preferred
