Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional nursing care to patients/residents
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for patient plans
• Supervise students and health care aides effectively
• Participate in discharge planning for optimal patient transitions
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
