Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and construction phases of various capital projects. Managing these initiatives means you will engage with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to guarantee effective communication and operational success. Your role also includes monitoring project scopes, budgets, and timelines, while addressing any conflicts that may arise.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee planning, design,
and construction phases of projects • Liaise with stakeholders and manage consultant and contractor relations • Monitor project scopes, budgets, and timelines closely • Resolve conflicts impacting project progress • Support master planning and facility redevelopment initiatives
