This full time, year-round position is integral to the school's Rowing Program and involves collaboration with the Head of Rowing. Key responsibilities include managing equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and offering hands-on coaching during classes and events. You will also oversee regattas and summer camps to enrich the rowing experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and oversee all rowing facilities and equipment
• Provide coaching during rowing classes and sessions
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance




• Lead logistics and setup for regattas
• Supervise summer camp sessions and activities
Requirements:
• Valid RCA Coach certification in positive standing
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)
• Class 5 driver’s license with trailer endorsement
• Robust understanding of rowing best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
