The Night Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing all night shift operations at our site. Candidates should have experience in mining or heavy civil projects, coupled with a focus on Health, Safety & Workplace leadership. This position features a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, suitable for those comfortable in work from home conditions across North America.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct night shift construction operations and staff • Engage with field personnel, subcontractors, and trades • Create and implement daily shift plans and assignments • Assess productivity, quality,
