As a permanent full-time mechanic, you'll engage in maintenance and repairs for the MiWay Transit Fleet. Strong diagnostic skills are crucial, particularly in reading schematics and using electronic tools. You will work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive repairs on transit buses and fleet vehicles
• Diagnose issues using electronic diagnostic tools and schematics
• Work efficiently under diverse weather conditions




• Maintain and use personal protective equipment appropriately
• Engage in road call diagnosis and repairs
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate
• Minimum five years combined experience
• Valid G Driver’s License; preference for D or C with “Z” endorsement
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines preferred
• Solid ability to work independently and meet deadlines
