Drive impactful water projects as a Construction Project Manager. Oversee project documentation, contractor management, and field presence to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
In this vital role, you'll implement effective project controls while coordinating with various stakeholders to support water and wastewater initiatives. With a robust foundation in construction management (8 to 10 years), you'll monitor contractor performance, evaluate designs for feasibility, and conduct site assessments for quality assurance on diverse projects. Robust client relations and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement project controls for documentation and compliance
• Monitor contractor work and compliance with safety protocols




• Communicate project status and support stakeholder meetings
• Prepare change orders and manage final project documentation
• Assist in securing necessary project permits
Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of relevant construction experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience as a lead on at least 3 successful projects
• Preferred: P.Eng, AIA, CCM, PMP certifications
• Willing to travel as required
