Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Service Transformation, you will lead projects aimed at improving institutional financial processes and operational efficiency. Your expertise in project management will help identify key initiatives that align with the university's mission. You will also provide influential support to stakeholders and senior leadership to enhance efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with CFO to initiate financial process improvement projects
• Advise on strategy options and implement project plans
• Monitor strategic initiatives for adherence to plans
• Prepare reports and strategic communications as assigned
• Lead project management cycle from planning to evaluation
Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in project management
• Expertise in process improvement and project leadership
• Robust stakeholder management skills
• Background in customer service focus
• Experience in facilitating cross-departmental processes
