In this full-time, 12-month contract, you'll utilize your 2-3 years of retail customer service experience to provide exceptional service. Tasks include selling memberships, arranging car rentals, and facilitating International Driving Permits and travel insurance education. You will play a crucial role in building strong member relationships and assisting them with their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell memberships and associated merchandise effectively
• Arrange car rentals as requested by members
• Take and manage passport photos for members




• Issue driving permits to enhance travel security
• Educate on travel insurance options tailored to members
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or retail
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
• TICO certification or willingness to pursue it
• Flexibility to work varying store hours
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism is a plus
