This full-time role involves direct leadership and training of the YMCA Experience team, ensuring a culture of inclusivity and support. You will be responsible for managing membership processes and enhancing program delivery to meet community needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and manage YMCA Experience staff and volunteers
• Provide coaching based on the YMCA Experience Manual
• Implement and track membership program budgets
• Lead safety compliance and emergency management efforts
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for prospective members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 2-3 years of leadership in customer service
• Intermediate First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to work a adaptable schedule
