We’re looking for a highly experienced

CNC Programmer/Operator

who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix environment and enjoys creating new programs daily!

As a custom manufacturing facility our products are as varied as our customers!

General Purpose: The CNC Programmer is primarily responsible for the programming and productive running of the various CNC machines. They interpret technical drawings and instructions to complete projects accurately while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. This individual will work closely with toolmakers and designers to ensure that materials are cut to required specifications.

This is an afternoon shift position from 3:00pm to 1:30am, Monday - Thursday!

We are hiring for one position!

What You'll Do

Program and run CNC machines (3-axis & 5-axis)

Develop programs using

Cimatron

Interpret CAD drawings and apply GD&T;

Set up tooling and optimize machining processes

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and toolmakers

Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members

What You Bring

5+ years of custom CNC programming experience

Strong 3-axis and 5-axis machining background

Proficiency in Cimatron is preferred

Expertise in blueprint reading, GD&T;, and precision measurement

Experience with gauges, fixtures, moulds, jigs, dies,



and automation components
