Inspire a new generation of soccer players as a Grassroots Soccer Coach focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. You will create inclusive, engaging sessions tailored to the individual needs of young athletes while ensuring safety and fun. Additional duties include mentoring fellow coaches and efficiently managing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage children aged 3-8 through soccer sessions
• Create a secure and inclusive fun environment
• Tailor coaching to individual skill needs
• Maintain and prepare equipment for all sessions
• Oversee quality and safety standards of the program
Requirements:
• Must have a valid vulnerable sector check
• Reliable transportation required with a valid driver’s license
• Availability Sunday through Thursday evenings
• Ability to mentor and inspire peer coaches
• Participate in regular meetings for program strategy
