As a member of the Residential team, you will report to the Facilities Manager, playing a critical role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in common areas and vacant suites. Your responsibilities will include thorough cleaning duties and upholding health and safety protocols to provide a safe and welcoming workplace for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas and guest rooms thoroughly
• Dust, vacuum, and steam clean carpets and rugs
• Disinfect and polish kitchens and bathrooms
• Maintain a trash-free and safe environment
• Assist with snow removal as required
Requirements:
• Self-motivated with independent work abilities
• Previous experience in dirty environments
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Ability to lift 30lbs and operate industrial cleaners
• Criminal record check required
