Job Description: Reporting to the Lead Health Coach, the Sexual Health Coach provides direct patient coaching and education while supporting local research implementation, data collection, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Working collaboratively with the Lead Health Coach, Holistic Healing Team, Leslie & Irene Dubé Urology Centre of Health, national SHAReClinic partners, and research collaborators, the position contributes to the delivery and evaluation of a high-quality provincial survivorship program that advances patient outcomes and informs national standards in oncology sexual health.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in patient education, coaching, counselling, or healthcare delivery.
- Experience in oncology,



survivorship care, sexual health, men's health, or rehabilitation.
- Experience with research studies, data collection, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities.
- Experience with virtual care, telehealth, or digital health platforms.
- Experience working with diverse populations using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Health Sciences, Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Human Services, or a related health discipline.
- Completion of TrueNTH SHAReTraining upon employment (required).

Knowledge and Abilities

- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with data collection, reporting, and outcomes measurement.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with virtual care platforms.
- Ability to synthesize information and identify trends that support program improvement.
- Commitment to equity, reconciliation, social justice, and service to vulnerable populations and within the ethical guidelines for Catholic Health.
