Our financial client is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist with HTML skills to join their team. This will be for 12+ months, onsite downtown Toronto 3x per week.

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across email and authenticated channels, including Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and ATMs. Working closely with the Marketing Channel Strategy team, this role supports digital engagement, customer acquisition, and sales initiatives through the delivery of high-quality customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and publish digital marketing campaigns using HTML and CSS.
- Create and update campaign assets using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
- Configure personalized and agile content for targeted customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaign code, including work produced by external vendors.




- Support A/B testing initiatives and recommend improvements based on campaign performance and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
- Maintain adherence to brand standards, digital design best practices, and internal policies.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.
- Knowledge of email marketing and digital campaign execution best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free customer communications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
