Job Description: Perform scheduled maintenance service; Adjust,



repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems of various makes/models and off-road equipment; Troubleshoot/inspect all types of equipment to detect faults and malfunctions; Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extend of repair required; Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts; Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications; Repair and maintain equipment; Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work; Order parts and maintain inventory; May instruct apprentices; Keep maintenance reports and documentation; Attend to servicing/repairing various shop equipment and tools

Credentials: Red Seal or eligible to obtain Alberta Red Seal Endorsement;

Transportation/Security and Safety: Valid driver’s license: Driving record (abstract), Drug test; Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling
