Reporting to the Manager, you will focus on assessing and treating clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies. In addition to patient care, you will oversee the growth of therapy students during their practical training, ensuring best practices are applied in all aspects of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and create effective treatment plans
• Guide and supervise occupational therapy students
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Apply evidence-based research to practice
• Ensure adherence to provincial regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is essential
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required
• Registered or eligible with the Saskatchewan Society
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills
