Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall discipleship leadership and strategy
• Preach regularly and engage in teaching ministries
• Implement church initiatives in biblical justice and mercy
• Support and develop ministry staff for effectiveness

Requirements:
• Ordained teaching elder in PCA or similar denomination
• 5+ years of ministry experience
• Expertise in preaching and teaching
• Heart for relational evangelism
• Demonstrated commitment to cross-cultural discipleship
