Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement treatment plans for client recovery • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal results • Conduct hospital discharge planning and assessments • Facilitate transportation and assistive devices setup • Conduct and manage client education programs
Requirements: • Registration in positive standing with the Ontario occupational therapist college • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation • Solid analytical and communication skills • Thrives in fast-paced, cooperative environments • Background in WSIB legislation is an advantage
