As an Insurance Training Specialist, you will work alongside business partners to create training programs using effective instructional methods. Your expertise will ensure engaging delivery and promote continuous learning in insurance for our 2.5M+ members. This position requires a strong foundation in training development and delivery, alongside an understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in Adult Education certification
• Minimum 5 years in insurance roles (broker, agent, etc.)
• 5+ years in training development and delivery
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills and French proficiency are assets
