In this vital role, you’ll report to the COO, taking charge of zero-to-one initiatives and ensuring solid project management frameworks. Collaborate closely with the VP Finance and VP Tech/AI to enhance the efficiency of key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development of creative product pilots from concept to launch
• Instill project discipline in leadership initiatives and decision-making
• Evaluate and refine business cases for recent concepts
• Assist in FP&A; for current products through analytical support




• Create and implement performance scorecards and dashboards
Requirements:
• Experience in business operations, strategy, or product roles
• Proven project management expertise and structured delivery
• Highly skilled in business modeling and analytics
• Proficiency in AI tools for operational efficiency
• Ability to diagnose and address cross-functional challenges
