In this pivotal role, you'll oversee facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Your hands-on leadership will foster a robust safety culture and maintain infrastructure reliability while complying with federal, state, and local regulations in a medical device context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
• Manage budgets for the Burlington MA & Billerica Facilities
• Implement EHS programs aligned with OSHA and EPA standards
• Conduct regular safety audits,



inspections, and drills
• Serve as contact for regulatory inspections and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, preferably in medical devices
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Proven track record in multi-site facilities operations
• Experience managing external vendors for facility services
