The Manager, Production Finance oversees the day-to-day financial operations for scripted and unscripted productions, supporting production teams through budgeting, cost reporting, tax credits, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze development and production cost reports.
Monitor budgets, cash flows, and cost variances.
Review vendor payments, payroll, and expense reconciliations.
Set up current productions and ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare labour schedules and support federal and provincial tax credit claims.
Provide guidance to production accountants and support production finance operations.
Collaborate with producers, finance, auditors, and government agencies.
Assist with month-end reporting, revenue recognition, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is a solid asset.
10+ years of experience in production finance or production accounting within the film, television, or media industry.
Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Smart Accounting is an asset.
