This role focuses on overseeing service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will be instrumental in designing solutions for complex issues and managing multiple projects while training junior technicians for success. Your leadership will enhance the capabilities of our Operations Maintenance team by fostering a secure work workplace and promoting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Install and troubleshoot various control components • Lead preventative maintenance procedures and audits • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems • Create and manage work orders with detailed records • Develop training plans for service technicians

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 3+ years in preventative maintenance and blueprints • 2+ years of work order management experience • Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds as necessary
