Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure effective medication distribution • Collaborate on quality improvement projects aligned with accreditation standards • Uphold safety practices and organizational values • Conduct medication management and safety initiatives • Precept pharmacy learners and contribute to formulary management

Requirements: • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD from a recognized university • Two years of hospital pharmacist experience preferred • Registration in positive standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists • Familiarity with CPOE and electronic health records • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
