Key Responsibilities:



• Record and manage incoming commission payments and wire transfers • Prepare and issue various commission-related documents • Process trust direct deposits and issue receipts to agents • Facilitate closing confirmations and assist with trade closures • Serve as the primary contact for payment status inquiries

Requirements: • Experience in real estate trust accounting or brokerage administration • Solid understanding of commission payments and processing • Excellent attention to detail with organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions at various stages • Familiarity with Ontario brokerage trust regulations is a plus
