We’re looking for individuals with a solid background in refinishing and a thorough understanding of shop practices. Those with 5 years of experience and a Red Seal ticket are preferred, while third and fourth-year apprentices are encouraged to apply. Your dedication to health and safety is essential to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and mask vehicles and parts prior to refinishing
• Sand and buff vehicles for flawless surface finishes
• Participate in production meetings to understand priorities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Follow all directives from the Location Manager
Requirements:
• 5 years of refinishing experience favored
• Valid driver's license required for this position
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance practices
• Red Seal ticket a plus
• Solid knowledge of auto body work and painting techniques
