In this pivotal role, the Assistant Lodge Manager will assist the Lodge Manager and oversee various staff activities in a remote site setting. Key Responsibilities: • Support hospitality and F&B; administrative tasks • Communicate effectively with team members and guests • Mentor and coach lodge staff for success • Assist with inventory tracking of lodge supplies • Ensure safety and health compliance in the workplace

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in hospitality or relevant experience • Food Safe Certificate and First Aid Level 1 • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality • Solid organizational and communication skills • Experience in Point of Sale systems preferred
