As a Real Estate Valuation Consultant at Altus Group, you will manage tasks in our Advisory, Altus Analytics division. This involves overseeing the quarterly valuation process for institutional real estate funds while improving client deliverables with data visualization. You’ll utilize your expertise in complex Excel functions along with project management to mentor junior staff and maintain high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage quarterly valuation processes for real estate funds • Enhance deliverables through effective data visualization • Interpret and delegate client requests to team members • Review and coach junior staff on appraisal processes • Ensure compliance with USPAP and state regulations

Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Statistics, or related field • Robust Excel proficiency including VBA experience • Background in Commercial Real Estate Valuation or Asset Management • Experience with financial modeling in ARGUS • Excellent communication and project management skills
