Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct TB screening and manage casework
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies
• Facilitate outbreak investigations and contact tracing
• Educate individuals and families about tuberculosis
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active registration with the CRNA
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• 2 years experience in Public Health preferred
• Knowledge of TB management required
