In this regular position, you'll report to the Senior Designer, Electro/Mechanical Design, executing a range of technical assignments for TTC's revenue rail vehicles. Your expertise will drive enhancements in safety, efficiency, and reliability, contributing to the mission of an accessible mass transit service across Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and maintain rail vehicles and subsystems • Perform root cause analysis for complex failures • Implement engineering improvements and safety modifications • Coordinate inspections and testing of engineering projects • Provide technical support and training to staff

Requirements: • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering • OACETT or P.Eng certification preferred • Several years of experience with electro-mechanical systems • Solid knowledge of relevant engineering principles • Proficiency in engineering software and documentation
