Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for Payroll Officers with 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience. You will operate mainly in a high-volume workplace, assisting with payroll transactions, adjustments, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Your role will also involve providing timely support for payroll inquiries, making a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process full-cycle Canadian payroll using Dayforce or similar • Validate payroll calculations and manage adjustments • Prepare and administer Records of Employment (ROEs) • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions

Requirements: • 3 to 5+ years of Canadian payroll processing experience • Solid knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation • Familiarity with Dayforce (Ceridian) or comparable systems • Experience in accounting for AP and AR processes • Criminal background check required
