We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a decade of construction expertise and a solid background in managing complex projects. You will work closely with a diverse team, conduct regular meetings, and maintain effective communication with both Owners and Architects. Your ability to interpret cost reports and forecast budgets will play a key role in project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall construction processes and communication • Prepare timely and accurate owner billings • Address concerns effectively with Owners and Architects • Monitor cost reports and enforce positive cash flow • Lead ongoing project meetings and team progress
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in a construction field • 10+ years of relevant experience in construction • Familiarity with project management and contract software • History of managing Special Projects • Robust client relationship and mentoring skills
